Make tables your own and copy complete IDs

Hide columns you do not need, keep that choice across machines, and copy full document and Juan identifiers.

In this guide

Data tables now let you choose which columns to show. Your preferences are saved with your profile, so the table opens with the same choices when you sign in on another machine.

A more focused view

Use the column chooser to hide fields you do not need. The choice is yours; it does not change your colleague's table or remove the underlying information. New columns remain visible by default.

Complete references, compact display

Juan's transaction ID sits beside the document's own number, with a copy button. Long identifiers may be shortened on screen, but copying always gives you the entire value.

Use the copy action when asking about a transaction or matching it in Juan. It avoids relying on an abbreviated identifier that cannot find the original record.

No admin configuration is needed. Read Table preferences and document IDs.
