Create, import, and publish versioned procedures alongside Mendiola's built-in workflow guides.

Firm brain is now a main navigation destination for the procedures your team uses. Browse built-in workflow guides, search firm-authored skills, and keep instructions in one place.
For firm admins
Create a skill or import Markdown or a supported JSON package. Save a numbered draft, review it, and publish the version your team should use. Each saved revision is retained; later drafts do not replace the version members can read.
For accountants
Open Firm brain to find published procedures and the built-in guides. Invoice findings remain with the file you are reviewing, and BIR rules and their sources are available through the built-in BIR skill.
Publishing a custom skill does not run it, grant tools, or enable sending to Juan. No connection settings need changing for this release.
